High performance synthetic adhesive
Latyl ES 366 is a water-based, synthetic, labelling adhesive especially developed to address the seasonal price fluctuations of casein, whilst having the same operating performance and properties as high end casein glues (such as condensed water resistance [CWR], ice-water resistance [IWR], washability).
Its novel formulation yields excellent results across beer, beverage and spirits labelling applications.
The performance of Latyl ES 366 has been proven under a wide array of running conditions and final product conditions (IWR, CWR). The product shows outstanding adhesion and machinability independent of bottling speed, substrate temperature and condition (dry/wet) or label types (even on difficult aluminium foil applications).
LATYL ES 366 operates under equivalent running conditions to regular casein-based adhesives, allowing a seamless transition for operators. Compared to other synthetic adhesives on the markets it offers a superior machinability, outstanding consumption and reduced downtime.
Experience also shows that Latyl ES 366 offers excellent cleanability from equipment after operation and reliable label removability for returnable bottles while providing excellent IWR on the labelled product.
As a result Latyl ES 366 provides a high performance, universal labelling solution across a broad range of bottling applications.
