UK leading dairy drink brand, YAZOO, from FrieslandCampina UK, is expanding its new range of yogurt smoothies to offer a conveniently sized 330ml smoothie for on-the-go consumers.

YAZOO Yogurt Smoothie, which has already achieved 56% volume market share since launching in September 2014, provides an alternative to the fruit-based options that dominate the category by expanding the dairy smoothies category. A simple blend of yogurt, fruit and oats, the ingredients in YAZOO Yogurt Smoothie are blended so that the product is completely smooth with no bits.

Available in two flavours: Strawberry & Raspberry and Mango & Pineapple, YAZOO Yogurt Smoothie is 100% free from artificial flavours, colours and sweeteners. Plus it’s a natural source of vitamin B2, calcium and protein.

Packaged in a handy 330ml Tetra Prisma Aseptic carton with DreamCap, the new size will be introduced to fill a market gap as a single-serve alternative for those on-the-go, with an RSP £1.49 to be an affordable smoothie for everyone, every day.

It will be available in McColls from February 2015 onwards, with further listings expected over the coming months.

Testing showed 8 out of 10 people agreed YAZOO Yogurt Smoothie is an easy way to snack that also provides sustenance to help throughout the day.
