Sacmi is set to exhibit its lightweight cap and container manufacturing solutions at this year’s NPE plastics fair in Orlando, US, to be held between 7 May and 11 May.
Sacmi’s closures and containers division will showcase compression blow forming (CBF) range, which can be used with commercially available resins.
The machines, which use container-making process that employs compression technology, produce products directly from pellets.
Sacmi’s CBF range aggregates the better features of alternative technologies such as EBM, IBM and ISBM, enabling them to use in multiple industrial applications.
The range offers advanced thermodynamic stability across the process, and using of different resins enables to produce blown containers at lower cost.
Sacmi already supplied around thirty CBF machines to the customers in China, Japan, the US and India.
The firm will also exhibit integrated solutions for high-added-value product lines, including latest cap manufacturing solution with continuous compression moulding (CCM) range.
The solutions being exhibited at the event, including CBF and CCM, will be installed with advanced nspection system for in-line and high speed total quality control.
Sacmi will exhibit a lightweight version of a CSD cap designed for the US market at the event.
The firm’s of slitting-folding machines work with advanced inspection systems to control every aspect of cap finishing.
For Industry 4.0-type manufacturing plant control, Sacmi’s human expertise for reactive engineering (Human Expertise for Reactive Engineering) supervision system can be incorporated with the entire plastic cap production line.
The firm will also showcase visitors with the managing of machine via remote control, which helps in constant monitoring of all parameters such as specific productivity and line efficiency.
Sacmi Customer Service offers a range of differentiated services to ensure machine efficiency and dependability across the plant life-cycle.
Sacmi’s automation and inspection systems division provides solutions for all-round cap, preform and container inspection.
