French dermatological specialist Laboratoires Ducray has selected RPC Bramlage’s AirFree airless solutions to launch its new Dexyane anti-scratching emollient.
The firm has selected the patented AirFree Vega bag-in-bottle and Ecosolution airless pump for the launch of its new Dexyane balm range.
Developed using polyolefin plastic, the AirFree bag-in-bottle comprises an external layer which is made with recycled PE while the internal pouch layer in contact with the formula uses virgin PE.
Designed to provide EVOH barrier protection, the fully recyclable AirFree Vega is produced in a single stage process.
RPC said that the two solutions, which have been awarded Ecocert certification, offer precise and consistent doses for users with easy and intuitive activation.
Made completely from plastic, the Ecosolution pump is also produced using over 50% fewer parts.
The Vega bottle has earlier received (COTREP) Technical Committee for Plastic Packaging Recycling certification, which supports the recyclability of the pack. The pack is compatible with all standard filling equipment.
RPC said: “Ecosolution pump is also produced using over 50% fewer parts – four instead of the 10 typically found in a traditional dispenser.”
