RPC Promens has unveiled a new can, which is designed to meet the requirements of the chemical industry.
The company has developed new SmartCan range for carrying hazardous goods, helping manufacturers to minimize the harmful impact on the environment.
RPC’s new SmartCan features DIN61 Premier cap, which offers better ergonomics and enhanced grip to close the can.
The cap includes an EPE washer for safe sealing, in addition to its tamper-evident ring.
Premier cap is also provided with venting membranes that will stabilise pressure in the container, helping to exchange gas and serve as effective barrier against bacterial infection.
The can includes large side panels with large labeling area, which can be used to place company logos and corporate images.
SmartCan, which has a square profile with no protrusion of handle or cap, includes DIN61 neck that will help to avoid contact with other containers and maximize emptying.
The can’s corner ribs are sleeve-friendly and offer stability for stacking, helping to reduce overall weight and unnecessary wall thickness.
SmartCan includes advanced pinched handle design that enables safer handling, while indented grip at the base will allow better pouring of the products.
Available on the 20 liter and 25 liter containers, the stripe along the side will help users to identify the level of remaining liquid.
In February this year, RPC Promens Industrial Plenmelle developed a low moulded HDPE container for Tetrosyl's Carlube AdBlue solution.
The 3.5 liter pack features a long flexible spout designed to dispense the AdBlue, providing easy access to differently-located vehicle filler caps.
