RPC Promens Industrial Plenmeller, a unit of RPC Group, has designed new bottles to pack newly developed de-icer product by Tetrosyl, a manufacturer and supplier of car care products in Europe,
The latest addition to the Tetrosyl’s CarPlan Demon range, the CarPlan Demon Ice is packed in the trigger spray bottle, which features patent-pending technology which allows two functions in a single product.
The moulded HDPE bottle allows customers to spray the liquid onto the car windows at the night before in order to prevent ice from forming. It also works as a high-performance de-icer to prevent glass refreezing, RPC said.
Tetrosyl Group, group commercial manager Justin Shaw said: “We have an excellent long term working relationship with RPC and this latest project is further evidence of their design and manufacturing skills in helping us bring a new product to market.”
The new bottle is designed to offer convenience and easy handling for the customers.
RPC said in a statement: “It provides a wide decoration area for the offset printing of the familiar Demon branding to maintain a family image and ensure consumer recognition to help establish the new product.”
In 2017, RPC Promens Industrial Plenmeller has developed a blow moulded HDPE container for Tetrosyl's Carlube AdBlue solution.
The 3.5 liter pack features a long flexible spout designed to dispense the AdBlue, providing easy access to differently-located vehicle filler caps.
Additional features of the container include large handle and wide base for controlled pouring.
