Packaging Personified, a manufacture of flexible packaging, has selected EFI Packaging Suite as its core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology.
The investment in EFI Packaging Suite, which features Radius ERP software, is a part of Packaging Personified’s plan to enhance internal and customer communications to position for future growth, and improve productivity in both business and production workflows.
Packaging Personified general manager Joe Imburgia said: “We believe that implementing the EFI suite into Packaging Personified will allow us to improve our various workflows as well as the speed and accuracy of information.
“Enhancing the communication of our work centers to each other is expected to improve the experience of working with Packaging Personified for our customers as well as team members.”
Packaging Personified operates two manufacturing facilities in in Carol Stream, Illinois, and Sparta, Michigan, US.
Designed to provide end-to-end certified workflows, the EFI Packaging Suite will increase automation and production efficiencies, thus contribute to profitability.
The Suite comprises a range of certified workflows with integrated components from EFI’s portfolio as well as key third-party technologies including Esko’s Automation Engine.
Additionally, the Suite will enable the deployment of advanced workflow at Packaging Personified.
The workflow features a new shop-floor data collection offerings and robust business intelligence tools to help the company make informed, proactive decisions.
Other features of the new workflow include mobile customer relationship management tools intended to help sales staff identify new opportunities and improve customer service.
