NanoXplore has signed an agreement to acquire Swiss-based injection molding company, CEBO Injections (CEBO), from BCR Plastic Group.
CEBO is engaged in providing high precision and high-quality injection molded products. It serves the automotive, medical, industrial and watches manufacturing markets.
The firm CEBO has provides highly precise parts, over molding, insert molding, and complex and precise plastic and assemblies of plastic, metal and ceramic.
NanoXplore expects the deal to expand its presence in Europe.

“Acquiring CEBO will allow NanoXplore to demonstrate the benefits of graphene to CEBO's existing customers while providing NanoXplore with an entry into the European market, accelerating the adoption of graphene enhanced thermoplastics."
The deal is expected to be completed during November 2017. Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed. The transaction, however, is subject to ordinary closing conditions.
