Dutch popcorn manufacturer Jimmy’s has launched new range of impulse bags for is newly launched impulse products range under the Pure Popcorn brand in the UK.
The Jimmy’s new packs are designed especially for convenience, forecourt and grocery sectors.
It will pack the new impulse products range being offered in three flavors including sea salt, sweet, and sweet and salty.
Jimmy’s UK director Steve Seddon said: “Popcorn sales are soaring in the UK market, which can in part be accredited to the shift in consumer habits from traditional – generally spud-based – snacks to ‘good-for-you’ alternatives.
“Designed to be more efficient on the fixture, the new size makes the product suitable where space is at a premium. There has been no alteration in bag weight, giving our customers great value for money as well as great flavor.”
Steve said that popcorn has a strong future in the snacking sector while the Pure Popcorn is one of the healthiest popcorn brands available in the UK.
Steve further said: “We are passionate about product innovation, especially championing our star ingredient chicory beet root fiber – a revolutionary alternative to sugar – and we are proud to have succeeded in our ambition to further reduce the sugar and fat content in our sweet variety.

Jimmy’s has launched the Pure Popcorn brand in the UK in October 2017. It is also listed in WH Smith Travel stores and independent retailers around the UK.
