Aseptic filling and closing systems provider groninger will exhibit its FlexPro 50 machine for pharmaceutical industry at the CPhI worldwide show in Germany.
The event will take place between 24 and 26 October in Frankfurt.
The company, along with its partner Martin Christ Freeze Drying Systems, will also exhibit total process chain ranging from the empty vial and its liquid filling to the freeze-drying process.
According to the company, the the FlexPro 50 machine concept was developed to to process pre-sterilized, nested and ready-to-use syringes, cartridges and vials
FlexPro 50 ready-engineered machine allows manufacturers to fill and close nested syringes, cartridges and vials by changing few size parts.
Interchangeable machine trolleys enable to configure additional lines, helping to incorporate nest/bulk process line to achieve an output of up to 4,700 objects per hour.
FlexPro 50 can be operated for various manual or automatic processes as per the market and customer requirements.
It also enables operators to access machine modules at both sides, allowing to fully integrate isolator modules and particle monitoring system.
Full integration of the air supply in the isolator enables air exchange with the ambient air, while direct injection system enables to reduce decontamination cycle by 50% compared to conventional isolators
In addition, the firm will showcase up-and downstream processes for the filling of biotech products at the event.
