Eastside Distilling offers Portland Potato Vodka in 375ml bottle

Eastside Distilling, a producer of craft spirits, is now offering its Portland Potato Vodka, with the pristine water of Oregon’s Mt. Hood, in a 375ml bottle.

The slender new size expands the Northwest’s premium potato vodka range to now 375ml, 750ml, 1.75 liter and 50ml sizes. The new 375ml hits store shelves in Oregon today, with future expansion beyond Oregon in the near future.

Jarrett Catalani, Eastside Distilling’s Senior VP of Sales, commented, “We are excited that our Portland Potato Vodka continues to gain market share. The introduction of our new bottle in the very popular 375ml size is expected to help bring new customers into the Portland Potato Vodka family. Consumers have been so loyal to its clean, crisp taste and they like that it is gluten free. With few gluten free alternatives to grain-based vodkas, we believe there is room for us to continue growing our share of the vodka market.”

Portland Potato Vodka mixes well in Oregon’s favorite cocktails and can be enjoyed straight-up on the rocks. The key to producing a vodka this smooth is to start with the right ingredients. Most vodka is made from grain, because it is as much as two thirds less expensive than potatoes. Potatoes, on the other hand, are the original source of vodka and worth the extra expense. Portland Potato Vodka, the leading locally produced vodka, also has the pristine water of Mt. Hood. Potatoes make for a vodka that is low-octane and exceptionally clean. If you’re looking for a tasty gluten free alternative to grain-based spirits, you’ve found your drink of choice.

Portland Potato Vodka recently received a Gold Medal rating by Blue Lifestyle Seal of Approval (92 points), and a Gold Medal and Best of Category at the 2017 Los Angeles International Spirits Competition (91 points). The new Hot Potato version of Portland Potato is a habanero infused variation and is produced in collaboration with the Secret Aardvark hot sauce company.
