US-based Delta Plastics of the South has acquired Command Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Vernon, California, Command Packaging provides flexible packaging solutions, including carryout bags, for the food service, retail and grocery industries.
The company is also specialized in providing extrusion, printing, conversion and value-added services to around 400 customers across the globe.
Command Packaging helps customers in resolving complex carryout bag challenges and offers design products to enhance the value of the brand.
The company produces Super Wave bag that can be used to carry Soft drinks and small items like french fries, tacos, muffins, rolls.
Featuring soft loop handles, the Super Wave bag is provided with flat base that allows it to stand on its own without tilting the bags contents.
The firm’s Ameritote bag can be used to carry small carryout containers, snack items, dessert bag, deli sandwiches.

The company also produces merchandise bags, which are available in different sizes and shapes with or without handles.
Featuring strap handles, the T-Shirt shaped bags can be used to carry small food items and side dishes. Its expandable sides allow customers to carry products with different shapes, sizes and quantities.
