Coveris Rigid Polska has provided new line of black sushi trays for Sushi To Go.
The sushi trays have been developedby using PET/PE foil, which will protect product against tampering.
Coveris’s new trays feature special cavity to store chopstick, while its lid retains the contents still and prevents movement.
The company is providing the new black sushi trays in six different sizes.
Coveris has designed the tray to be safely and conveniently carried away and protect products against crushing or disintegrating. It will also help to retain premium flavour and visual value of the products.
Sushi To Go’s products will be packed in the tray in a modified atmosphere to preserve the freshness of the food and extend its shelf life.
The trays will also retain full moisture and flavor of the products until the expiry date.
Since May this year, Sushi To Go has been providing its dishes in the new packaging.
Coveris global rigid division provides rigid packaging solutions for the consumer goods and food service sector.
