Bosch Packaging Technology plans to offer insights into its latest developments in hygienic filling and sealing at Anuga FoodTec 2018 event, scheduled to be held in Cologne, Germany, from 20-23 March.
Visitors can explore the benefits and requirements of hygienic filling technology – from clean, and ultra-clean up to aseptic, including heightened product safety for the dairy and food industries.
Safe, fast and flexible – the perfect combination
The Ampack FCL cup filling and sealing machine’s unique features were first unveiled during interpack 2017. Designed for dairy and food products, it combines three key benefits: operator and product safety; enhanced efficiency; and format and application flexibility. Moreover, the machine was awarded the 3-A SSI certificate, ensuring compliance with the most stringent hygiene standards and addressing the increasing needs for simplified cleaning and maintenance, minimized risk for food contamination and less product waste. The 8-lane FCL filling and sealing machine is available as a single index, double-index or format flexible version, with speeds of up to 20,000 cups per hour.
In addition, visitors at Anuga FoodTec 2018 can meet specialists for aseptic thermoforming of cups, applicable for a broad range of dairy and food products, like coffee creamers and desserts. Moreover, Bosch offers filling and sealing of pre-made containers in both clean and ultra-clean executions. For example, the recently launched Osgood RFS-Series rotary machine offers abundant features that prioritize product safety, ease of use and increased uptime. Keeping its footprint to a minimum, the rotary machine fills, seals and caps pre-made cups for a range of dairy and food products.
