Avery Dennison selects Newgen to launch global business applications in multiple geographies

Newgen Software has been selected by Avery Dennison to provide its standard global platform for the launch of several types of business applications in multiple geographies.

Newgen Software provides business process management (BPM), enterprise content management (ECM), customer communication management (CCM) and case management solutions.

Avery Dennison applications development global senior director Mark Fedele said: "Newgen's BPM suite will act as an enabler in helping our employees gain better control of mission critical information and our organization to introduce global standardization across multiple platforms.

“When the BPM is coupled with Electronic Content Management it will enable key stakeholders to increase their productivity, improve real-time customer communication, and decision-making."
