Baldwin Technology’s firm AMS Spectral UV is set to exhibit LED-UV curing technologies at PRINT 17 exposition event in the US.
The event will take place from 10 to 14 September at McCormick Place in Chicago.
At the event, the company will exhibit three LED-UV curing lines, including the XP Series, XD Series and XP Series.
XP Series is said to be an advanced LED curing system for retrofits and OEMs in the sheetfed offset printing market.
The series offers IR drying methods, comprising of instantly dry sheets, energy savings and other benefits.
Earlier this year, AMS Spectral UV was established by combining Air Motion Systems with Baldwin Technology’s UV and IR divisions.
AMS Spectral UV president Steve Metcalf said: “We are looking forward to speaking with printers who want to add LED-UV curing to their presses – we’ve seen our installed base more than double in the last two years, and know we are still in the early stages of getting our systems to those who would most benefit from them.
“It’s exciting to be on the cutting edge of a technology that is both in-demand yet still making its way to the operators that need it most – the PRINT 17 show will be a great opportunity for those who have been interested in LED, but hesitant, to speak with us in person about how curing technology will benefit their businesses.”
