All American Label, a US-based full-service label company, has purchased and commissioned a new Nilpeter MO-4 offset combination press as it targets the wine and spirits market.
Designed to offer premium quality combination printing based on lightweight sleeve technology, the Nilpeter’s platform-based offset press features easy-load sleeves for both offset and flexo printing.
Additionally, the offset press can be configured as per the customer needs. It also allows seamless integration of future applications.
All American Label owner Brad Brown said: “The new Nilpeter MO-4 platform is ideally suited to meet our goals and exceed our expectations of excellence.”
All American Label plans to install a second Nilpeter MO-4 offset press at undisclosed facility by December of this year.
Nilpeter West Coast sales manager Robert Wray said: “A key strategy for All American Label was to aggressively service the wine and spirits market which has shown considerable growth.
“The MO-4 offset combination platform will support this objective, offering the most sophisticated solution for this market, with the highest quality and ease of operation.”
Wray further said that the MO-4 press will help All American Label improve on efficiency and flexibility in production.
All American Label operates two manufacturing facilities in Dublin, California as well as Memphis, Tennessee, US.
Nilpeter said that it MO-4 platform-based offset press has reached 100 installations worldwide since its launch in 2007.
Employing 500 people, Nilpeter has manufacturing facilities in Slagelse, Denmark; Cincinnati, US; and Chennai, India. It has subsidiaries, branch offices, and agents in 65 countries.
