Rexam’s Custom Manufacturing Services Helps Customers “Shape their Brand”

The Rexam Personal Care Division offers its customers an unsurpassed suite of custom manufacturing services that includes extensive product design, mold making, packaging assembly and decoration.

Rexam creates solutions that help customers shape their brand. Among the company’s resources are injection and multi-shot molding, mold manufacturing, high cavitation tooling, in-mold labeling, high-speed assembly, design, engineering, program management and global support. In addition, Rexam is a leader in the design, manufacture and support of dispenser-based packaging.

Rexam-created custom manufactured packaging can be found throughout the world’s households, in baths, kitchens, bedrooms, laundries and more. The company’s expertise extends to product categories such as laundry care, cleaning products, baby care, personal hygiene, skin care and shaving and foods (closures). As a result, customers are able to reduce costs, shorten supply chains and enhance retail shelf appeal.

Much of this marketplace savvy derives from the prodigious resources of the overall Personal Care Division, which includes the Rexam Innovation Center in suburban Chicago, under the direction of Jill McCurdy. Here, Rexam teams meet with customers’ teams to brainstorm, challenge each other’s thinking, and develop the next evolution in plastic packaging.
