Tetra Pak has launched Tetra Evero Aseptic 1 litre aseptic carton bottle for easy handling and pouring of milk.
Tetra Pak said that Tetra Evero Aseptic has been designed for ambient white milk market, including non-oxygen sensitive milk enriched with calcium, proteins, fibres (inulin), vitamins A and D. The bottle will also be used for a wide range of beverages, including flavoured milk, cream and oxygen sensitive milk, such as Omega 3, Iron, Zinc and Vitamin C.
The bottle is designed with an ergonomic cylindrical shape with flat side panels that will be easier for big and small hands to hold. The shape also provides the ideal angle for better pouring than other bottles.
The Tetra Evero Aseptic is available with an open cardboard tray and film-shrink with a handle. The carton bottle can persevere milk for up to six months, the company said. The bottle made from FSC-certified renewable paperboard is completely recyclable.
The Tetra Pak A6 iLine for Tetra Evero Aseptic will have a capacity of 10,000 packs/hour, will take 50% less space and requires 30% less investment than other aseptic bottling lines. It also offers 25% lower operating costs and requires half the electricity consumption than other aseptic bottling lines.
The Tetra Pak A6 iLine will first be available in Europe and South America.
