Biomechanical device maker RSL Steeper has chosen Smurfit Kappa for BeBionic range of prosthetic hands that reflects the quality of the product.
According to the firm, a box was designed that can be easily opened with one hand by getting hold of the box at either sides from above with the fore finger and thumb, that enables the base to slide out from the bottom.
Smurfit Kappa claimed the laminated box does not require biodegradable materials and has a tactile finish gives the product the distinction it deserves.
The latest packaging for the prosthetic limbs conveys the high quality of the product through a litho laminated box with matt varnish of high quality, said the firm.
Smurfit Kappa has also unveiled a tamper evident strip, which ensures that end users can be reassured that the product has not been removed from the box while shipping.
