Food packaging manufacturer Sirane has teamed up with Mexican company Jifkins to introduce modern packaging solutions in the Central American country.
Jifkins will distribute Sirane products in the Mexican markets, with primary focus on the country’s fruit export industry, as well as seafood and oven and microwave cooking solutions.
Sirane managing director Simon Balderson said that Jifkins will take Sirane’s product range into new markets.
"They have the experience, drive and determination to make this a very productive partnership and we look forward to helping them to grow the business in Mexico," Balderson added.
Sirane’s new product will be launched in Mexico in mid-November.
According to Sirane, Jifkins one of the initial project, which will introduce a new product, to be unveiled by the company, is expected to suit perfectly for the transportation of soft-fruit.
Josua Vega, who has worked with Sirane on the link-up said, "Currently we work in coordination with CONACYT and investing for new alliances with international companies to open new markets in Mexico and Latin America."
Sirane, based in UK, offers solutions related to absorbency, shelf-life extension, oven and microwave cooking technologies.
