Rexam Personal Care Group has created new packaging for Noir Couture mascara from LVMH’s Givenchy brand. The packaging comes with sophisticated decoration elements and a new logo.
As part of the packaging, a delicate ‘4G’ is engraved and hot stamped at the top of the UV varnished cap, while the same precise two-step process is used to decorate the base with a ‘Givenchy’ logo.
Further, the mascara is decorated with alignment and hot stamping of the shiny silver vertical strips extending from cap to base, while both cap and base are injected in black PCTA and the wiper is of black PEBD.
Rexam Simandre site (Burgundy) was charged with executing all decoration and customization elements of the new mascara. The site specializes in injection and metalizing and works with other Rexam production sites on the multi-element, international launches.
Givenchy’s Noir Couture mascara, which is available in fine department stores and leading specialty retailers, is set to be launched internationally.
