Pro Mach has acquired packaging machinery provider Packaging Synergies to form a new Flexible Packaging Group.
The acquisition will enable Pro Mach to offer various flexible packaging equipment solutions, adding the Toyo Jidoki and Inever brands to a flexible packaging product line comprising existing solutions from Matrix and Rennco.
The new group is said to build on the existing Pro Mach divisions of Matrix vertical/form/fill/seal machinery and Rennco vertical baggers and heat sealers.
With the addition of Packaging Synergies assets, Pro Mach will be able to offer a complete flexible packaging product line.
According to Pro Mach, the group will market, sell, and support its expanded flexible packaging product line throughout North and South America.
Flexible Packaging Group new senior vice president Troy Snader said, "Our new group will provide a full range of flexible packaging solutions to address our growing customer needs in a variety of industries including food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemicals, and more."
