UK-based Medica Packaging, the healthcare packaging business of the Benson Group, has provided detail on the full suite of packaging products, produced for Channel Island Flower Essences.
Its packaging includes crash-lock cartons for the following flower essence products: 12 individual boxes for 15ml dropper bottles; seven boxes for combination essences in 30ml dropper bottles, plus one box for a 15ml combination essence with spray attachment; and two boxes for personal mist sprays in 50ml bottle size.
The project also incorporates multipack cartons, a themed three pack boxed series of Connection, Clarity, Crisis and also the Directors Cut boxed set for seven of the individual 15ml bottles of flower essence.
Channel Island Flower Essences, a range of ‘Power’ flower essences in single and multi-flower combinations, are the vibrational energy imprint of flowers by infusion in water by the sun, which are used as catalysts of change to rebalance emotional, spiritual, mental and physical well-being of humans & are safe for all ages.
All the cartons were printed on a Komori B1-format sheet fed press on both sides using four-color process on the front and Pantone specials on the inside. The print is enhanced by the use of a water-based matt coating.
Individual essence packs and the connection triple pack are produced on Performa Cream 440 micron board while the seven pack Directors Cut box, including internal fitment, were printed on Korsnas white 525 micron board.
Benson Group is one of the UK’s privately owned printed carton suppliers, producing packaging products for both food and pharmaceutical industries for a range of UK and European customers.
