UK's IML Labels & Systems, Longcombe Labels and Leed Marque Concepts have merged their businesses.
The deal has created a combined company, Dura-ID Solutions, to offer a larger selection of products.
The merger follows a better year of sales for the three companies, which have been owned as separate entities by Goonvean Holdings.
IML Labels & Systems was formed in 1936 and is a specialized label manufacturer with sites in Sheffield, Mansfield and St Ives.
The company specializes in products for metals, horticulture and printer systems and manufactures high specification labels.
Leed Marque Concepts was founded in 2002 and operates through its two online shops to provide small runs of custom printed labels for health and safety applications.
The combined Dura-ID Solutions business has sites in Sheffield, Paignton, Mansfield, Cambridge and Aycliffe, with annual revenues exceeding £14m.
IML Labels & Systems Shaun Higgins managing director said: “We are very enthusiastic about the new opportunities that this merger will bring to our company. The staff at all businesses are passionate about what they do, and it felt right to go through this change.
“Becoming Dura-ID Solutions means that we will be able to offer a more extensive product range to every industry we specialise within. We are all looking forward to our unified future as Dura-ID Solutions.”
Longcombe Labels general manager Paul Harris said: “This news comes from a keen interest in wanting to provide complete identification solutions for every industry, and as Dura-ID Solutions we can achieve that.
“Here at Longcombe Labels, all staff are proud to be joining forces and we look forward to what the future has in store for Dura-ID Solutions.”
