UK-based Henkel has relaunched its entire Sellotape range by introducing new Super Clear tape and has made an investment of £3m towards the development, repositioning and redesign of the range.
The new products and packaging follow the newly identified proposition of the brand. The new livery and product execution provides consumers with simple, ingenious solutions to their everyday problems.
The new Sellotape’s Super Clear tape provides a modern counterpart to the traditional Original Golden, an iconic product and a retailer essential that remains at the heart of the brand, reports Talking Retail.
The new tape adopts latest Sello Clear Technology that gives a seamless finish, anti-tangle for better control and easy tear – a substitute for scissors or teeth.
Sellotape’s new Gifting range is slated for launch in October 2010 and allows retailers to capitalise on these trends.
New additions include finishing touch single sided and decorative spots that are clear and pre-cut for ease of use which make them ideal for fast and premium wrapping solutions.
