Allinson launches packaging redesign

Allied Bakeries' bread brand Allinson has announced new packaging, which has been designed by consumer brand design consultancy Family (& Friends).

According to the company, the redesigned packaging rolled out across the whole range including Allinson Wholemeal, Allinson Sunflower & Pumpkin and the new Allinson High Fibre White loaf, and is colorful and modern.

Allied Bakeries group brand manager Chris Heyn said the decision to redesign the packaging was driven by a consumer research, carried out by the company, which revealed that the packaging for Allinson needed to better showcase the taste of the range.

"The packaging has performed really well in trials so it’s great to now see it hitting the shelves," Heyn said.
