Spring Creek signs LOI to acquire ReVersital Skincare marketing rights

Spring Creek Healthcare Systems has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to license the marketing for the ReVersital family of microdermabrasion products and all of its proprietary line extensions from M-Solo International.

The ReVersital family of products advances the art of skin care and microdermabrasion and also simplify the entire skin care regime to make it easy, portable and multi-functioning.

Spring Creek CEO Kelly Hickel said they have been discussing this program for some time and are pleased to sign this Letter of Intent.

"The ReVersital products have had an exciting market introduction and we are very enthusiastic about adding this to our product portfolio and participate in the expansion of the marketing efforts," Hickel said.

ReVersital Skincare founder Margaux Levy said their anticipated partnership with Spring Creek offers ReVersital the opportunity to expand and enhance the brand’s visibility into millions of new homes.

"Spring Creek will help us develop a national presence; they have a solid sales and marketing team which can operate in virtually every channel of trade," Levy said.
