The LightCycler Nano Real-Time PCR System is the product of an OEM agreement with IT-IS Life Sciences (UK and Ireland).
It is a 32-well format real-time PCR cycler with functionality and easy-to-use software.
The LightCycler Nano Instrument supports technology for fast PCR protocols featuring thermal resolution andreproducibility.
The technology is used in nucleic acid quantification, gene expression profiling and detecting genetic variations.
The system uses proprietary Roche dyes and reagents for precise and reproducible DNA amplification and melting curve analysis.
The system gets started by using either a preferred Mac, PC, or Linux Operating system, or simply a USB stick, rather a personal computer.
