The Allograft Wedge System comprises a simple pre-cut allograft wedges designed for both Evans and Cotton osteotomies and a dedicated instrumentation set for evaluating osteotomy space to facilitate in the selection of the appropriate Integra Allograft Wedge implant.

The Integra Allograft Wedge, which is processed from human cancellous bone, is sterilized by utilizing a BioCleanse Tissue Sterilization process and is also terminally sterilized using a validated method to reach a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6.
