The acquired business will improve BC Technical’s position as the independent service, systems and parts provider for CT, MR, NM, PET and PET/CT. It will also help the firm to become as the viable alternative to the OEM.
BC Technical president and CEO Mark Alvarez said: "The Ohio Valley engineers are true experts in their field, and we are pleased to welcome them to the BC Technical team."
Based in North Canton, Ohio Valley Medical Systems is an independent service organization (ISO) that is specialized in Hitachi open MRI systems.
