The company's OneTouch Ping is a full-feature insulin pump intended to communicate wirelessly with the blood glucose meter-remote. OneTouch Ping Glucose Management System allows person to calculate insulin doses and opt to wirelessly instruct the pump to deliver them without touching the pump thus giving patients freedom and flexibility.

OneTouch Ping is also compatible with ezManager MAX Diabetes Management Software which is designed to allow users to download important diabetes management data from the meter-remote and insulin pump. Integrated blood glucose data from the meter-remote and insulin dosing data may be downloaded for review, analysis and evaluation of insulin delivery and blood glucose history to better inform healthcare decision-making. The software is MAC and PC compatible.
