Despite its small size – only 25mm tall – it easily provides a torque of 2Nm. Watertight, it withstands harsh conditions such as engine vibrations, extreme temperatures (up to 140°C) and thermal shocks.

The BLDC driving mode enables full angular control through three digital Hall sensors allowing precise positioning in closed-loop operation. It is a perfect fit for thermal management applications. This actuator is expected to mass-production in 2014.
