Future desktop machining centers require compact motors and electronics. Celeroton’s CC-75-400 allows for multi-axis operation of several synchronous spindles in a compact overall volume from one dc power supply.
Micromachining spindles with decreasing tool sizes require increasing rotational speed. Celeroton’s motors and electronics allow for sensorless operation of synchronous spindles over the entire operating range. Even precise positioning of the collet chuck for tool exchange is possible without additional encoders or sensors.
