Zurich Insurance Company (ZIC) has extended its global implementation of the Detica's NetReveal solution, an enterprise fraud risk management solutio, to include their general insurance business.
Detica said that the solution will help to improve customer service by reducing claim handling times and will enhance ZIC’s anti-fraud capability by identifying criminals attempting to make fraudulent claims.
According to the Detica, the NetReveal insurance solution chosen by ZIC uncovers networks of suspicious behaviour, and finds hidden relationships between people and data which cannot be found using conventional detection systems.
The solution provides a single view of customers, scoring individuals and behaviours across an organisation’s entire portfolio of products and brands.
