Wawanesa Insurance Deploys Guidewire ClaimCenter

To manage claims for all lines of business such as home, auto, farm and commercial

The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance (Wawanesa), a provider of coverage to policy holders in Canada and the US, has selected Guidewire Software’s ClaimCenter as its new platform to manage claims for all lines of business such as home, auto, farm and commercial. Guidewire Software is a provider of flexible core systems to property/casualty (general) insurers.

Wawanesa sought a new core claims processing and management solution to enhance its claim handling processes, in order to enhance its customer service offerings and efficiently operate its claims business. The solution needed to be easy to use to grow and evolve with Wawanesa’s changing business needs, said the company.

Guidewire ClaimCenter is likely to help Wawanesa enhance its customer service capabilities, automate processes for operational efficiency and reduce expense costs and provide its staff with an enhanced system.
