RSA Insurance has expanded the usage of Symbility Solutions' UK partner Innovation Group's Innovation Symbility desk top triage system to improve automated claims handling across its UK property insurance business.
The Triage software deployed in four call centers in UK will be used to process property claims throughout RSA’s UK operation.
The functionality of the Triage solution enables RSA’s property claims handlers to precisely define the scope and complexity of a claim during the first notice of loss, which helps staff to choose the correct fulfilment route from their desktop in a consistent and accurate manner.
RSA UK Technical Claims Director Ian Currie said that Innovation Group’s Triage solution enables the company to provide customers with the claims consistency and quality which RSA is renowned for.
Symbility Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits, a software company dedicated to developing applications for the insurance industry.
