Max Capital Group, a provider of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, has appointed Kevin Werle as the new executive vice president and chief risk officer of the company.
Mr Werle most recently served as vice president responsible for risk management, information technology, and quantitative research for New England Asset Management. In his new role, Mr Werle assumes responsibility for certain functions previously performed by executive vice president and COO Peter Minton or by executive vice president for finance and investments Jim Tees.
