MAPFRE | Commerce Insurance launches tech support Service for homeowners’ insurance customers

MAPFRE | Commerce Insurance has recently added a technology support feature to its homeowner policies in Massachusetts.

At no additional cost, customers can now call, email or chat online with a tech support specialist to help resolve issues they might have with their electronic devices for personal use such as tablets, smartphones, desk top and laptop computers, and printers.

"At MAPFRE | Commerce, we continually seek out creative ways to bring value to our customers by differentiating our products in the marketplace," said Patrick McDonald, Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Program Highlights Include:

24/7 support, 365 days a year
Access to professional, highly trained IT support specialist(s)
One-on-one problem troubleshooting and resolution via email, online chat or phone

Devices covered by this new feature include:

Apple and Microsoft operating systems
iPhones and Android phones
iPads and tablets
Microsoft Office and other applications
Printers and scanners
Network connectivity
Smart phones

The MAPFRE | Commerce Insurance technology support service was introduced in four other states in 2013 and has received positive feedback from independent agents and customers alike.
