KnightBrook to deploy Innovation Auto for enhancing customer service

Specialty underwriting company KnightBrook Insurance has selected Innovation Auto platform from Innovation Group to provide auto claim repair services for its national auto business.

Innovation Auto includes services like the Innovation Managed Repair Network (iMRN), customer shop of choice, managed independent adjusters, total loss and salvage management, rental management, desk review and adverse subrogation.

The platform will help KnightBrook to optimise its entire claims process with a direct repair program, enhance service, and improve claims results. In addition, the insurer will receive detailed reporting, providing cycle time, cost, and service details to effectively manage operations.

KnightBrook CEO Eric Jarvis said that Innovation Group’s breadth of services is based on best practices which will further strengthen the company’s objectives of underwriting profitability.
