Israel-based ClickSoftware Technologies, a provider of mobile workforce management and service optimization solutions, has announced that a property and casualty insurance company is deploying its ServiceOptimization Suite, including ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickLocate and ClickAnalyze, to enhance the efficiency with which the company schedules and dispatches its inspections of homes and vehicles.
According to ClickSoftware, its solutions will optimize the scheduling for mobile claims representatives ensuring inspections take place every day and improved compliance with service level agreements. They will also provide control and visibility over independent contractors who work in partnership with the insurance company.
The insurance company will also use ClickAnalyze Reporting which provides visibility of operational data that exists in the system, enabling decision makers to gain insights about the performance of the operation and to proactively manage them.
ClickMobile wirelessly connects field employees via their handheld devices to job information for field activities and tasks. The claims representatives can also update customer service managers as to job status, location and delays.
