French mutual insurance firm MMA Group has selected Cameleon Software’s configure, price, quote (CPQ) technology to help modernise its information systems and improve business agility.
Implementation of the technology will enable MMA to reach its goal of handling management and distribution of its offerings with more flexibility.
The company plans to employ the technology on insurer’s every sales channel and device including the website and internal tools available to employees and agents as well as integrate offers and/or screens built with Cameleon.
MMA CIO Jean-Claude Saussaye explains that the plans to transform its information system will enable it to become an offer builder and to face market changes more effectively.
It will also help the firm to leverage the democratization of smartphones and tablets which are transforming the way companies buy and sell, Saussaye added.
The insurance company has been in the industry for around 180 years and currently manages more than 13 000 employees, 1,500 agents and 2,000 outlets.
