Fireman’s Fund names new vice president of Distribution Management and Services Leader

Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company has named Travis Bethune as the new vice president for its distribution management and services leader.

Based in the firm’s Corporate Office in Novato, California, Bethune joined Fireman earlier this year and in the new role will provide strategic and operational direction for the distribution and agency management team.

The team will drive accountability and alignment, and provide a consistent customer experience to improve agent and broker relationships.

Fireman’s Fund chief field executive Kathleen Zortman said, "With 18 years of marketing, underwriting, operations and training knowledge, Travis brings a full range of successful experiences that will enhance our ongoing efforts to align our people and processes."

Prior to accepting the new position with the firm, Bethune was a national broker relationship leader where he influenced the alignment of production and service for global and national brokers.

He also held leadership roles in underwriting, sales, marketing, and distribution at Chubb and in operations and customer service at Travelers.

Founded in 1863, the property and casualty insurance firm is a member of the Allianz Group and caters high-net-worth, entertainment, and green insurance products backed by claims and risk management solutions.
