Discoverture Solutions and FirstBest Systems have announced a strategic alliance between the two organizations.
The partnership will enable carriers to better drive growth and profitability, improve service to agents, and achieve rapid time to underwriting value.
The collaboration between Discoverture and FirstBest combines the FirstBest Front Office Suite with Discoverture’s services offerings to deliver complete, affordable, and quick-to-implement underwriting and front office solutions that connect seamlessly to back office systems.
In support of the partnership, Discoverture will establish a Center of Excellence (COE) for the FirstBest Front Office Suite to ensure implementation success through the use of best practices, delivery of quality assurance services, and the development of client-specific integration points and interfaces.
