Digital Insurance, a Georgia-based employee benefits firm, has expands its local presence in the Triangle market with the acquisition of North Carolina-based independently owned insurance consulting firm TriSure Benefit Advisors.
The North Carolina agency is the tenth addition to Digital Benefit Advisors, a division of Digital Insurance. Earlier this year Digital also acquired Raleigh-based insurance agency BCT, formerly Carolina Benefit Plans.
Digital Benefit Advisors delivers a powerful new approach to employee benefits by combining the commitment of experienced, local market advisors with the sophisticated technology and innovative resources of a respected national company.
Employers receive access to a broader variety of carriers, dynamic tools, proprietary products and the ability to effectively navigate the complexities of health care reform.
TriSure managing partner Wally Dawson said this partnership enables the firm to better serve the clients with a more expansive array of capabilities and innovative solutions.
"By joining the Digital Benefit Advisors network, our clients can experience the advantages of enhanced resources, yet retain relationships with the same representatives who truly understand the local landscape and issues," Dawson said.
