Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Company has reached an agreement to deploy Maximum Processing's Stingray System for the processing of its personal and commercial lines of business.
The web-based system will be used for policy, billing, claims, imaging and reinsurance processing and administration system.
Chautauqua Patrons executive vice president and CEO Mark Prechtl said, ""The Stingray System will allow us to offer a richer environment via the web and improve the service to our customers while improving the productivity and efficiency of our staff."

The Stingray System offers workflow, imaging, many third party interfaces, for instance credit card, general ledger, comparative raters, CLUE, MVR, 4SightBI, bureau stat reporting and others.
The technology is available with consumer and agent portals as well as a full point of sale system.
