China-based motor underwriter AXA TianPing has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system, to distinguish itself in a varying insurance market landscape in the country.
The auto insurer said that the new technology will enable it to streamline and improve processes and system infrastructure, boost operational efficiencies, decrease risks and leakage, and provide better customer service.
Furthermore, ClaimCenter will enable TianPing to enhance the visibility into its claims handling operations to decrease fraud risk.

The end-to-end claims management system, Guidewire ClaimCenter will enhance speed and accuracy, reduce loss adjustment expense, and enable proactive management of claims for insurers of all sizes across all product lines.
Available as a separate system or as part of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, ClaimCenter can be combined to an insurer’s legacy systems or third party applications.
