Audatex North America, a provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing and collision repair industry, has launched Audatex Insight for Repair Facilities.
The company said Audatex Insight is a web-based business intelligence platform and since 2009, this analytics solution has empowered insurers to monitor measure, manage claim performance and loss experience through delivery of the right information at the right time.
The company added that this advanced technology is now available for the reporting and analytical needs of single shop owners and multi-shop organizations.
According to the company, by providing repair facilities with the same data and analytics that insurance carriers use, Audatex Insight delivers data transparency and consistency.
Audatex North America VP of product management Patrick Schmidlin said that the Audatex Insight module for Repair Facilities provides users instant access to key performance indicators (KPI) that are critical for managing their business.
"By enabling repairers to proactively track KPIs, used by insurers to evaluate their direct repair partners, we will help repair facilities self manage and grow their direct repair program business," added Schmidlin.
