A Web-based service designed for insurance providers, AudaExplore’s Power Dispatch solution smartly recognizes the most ideal resources for appraisal assignments based on the insurers’ goals and objectives.
Using up-to-date status feedback provided by the field staff using a convenient and powerful smartphone or web mobility client, the AudaExplore’s Power Dispatch technology also allows dispatchers to react to appraiser schedule changes in real-time, thereby further reducing cycle time and overall claims processing costs.
The platform is powered by the TOA’s ETAdirect, a field service management SaaS solution that manages the service process from the moment an appointment or service is requested, through planning, routing and scheduling, to real-time customer communications.
