To improve flexibility, customisation and delivery of its client communications
Allianz Worldwide Care has opted for the Thunderhead NOW platform to create, produce and manage its multi-channel client communications.
The company selected Thunderhead NOW to replace its existing in-house system, in part, due to the platform’s business user control. Thunderhead would enable the company to maintain its ability to deliver customer service by providing a multi-channel customer communications solution for creating and delivering customer correspondence.
James Carroll, CIO, Allianz Worldwide Care, said: “The Thunderhead NOW platform will provide our business users with a communications tool that is quick, easy to use and very flexible, enabling them to take ownership of the end-to-end client communications process without having to rely on IT to change and manage document content. This will help to make us more efficient as an organization, remove resource bottlenecks and enable our IT staff to focus on core strategic projects.”
